1.3 - Finding a Profitable Niche Market

This is a decision you should NOT take lightly!
You want to choose a Niche but more importantly when building a profitable website you need to attach a keyword/phrase to the main page and then a Relevant and Important keyword/phrase.

Choose a Niche Keyword/phrase that has:
=> Has traffic attached to it.
=> Has money attached to it.
=> A low amount of webpages competing with it.

I have simplified it down to 3 columns of data for now:
- Traffic
- Adsense Cost
- # Competing Sites
I have hidden the Relevance and Importance columns because they are there for choosing website categories that your site should cover in order to been seen as highly relevant by the search engines.
Before I pick a niche I am doing some Market Research on each phrase:
* What they are looking for
* What you need to provide
* Buying stage of the customer
* Affiliate products available
